By accessing or using any part of the habji website at habji.net, including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting habji support, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and habji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

habji reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where these Terms have been or are suspected to have been violated, or where habji determines in good faith that providing service would be contrary to applicable law, regulation, or platform policy.

To register and maintain an active account on habji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. habji enforces a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person in creating or operating a habji account.
• You do not have an existing habji account that has been suspended, restricted, or closed by habji for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a habji employee in a role with access to platform configuration, odds-setting, or promotional systems.

habji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and at random intervals during normal platform use. Players who submit false, forged, or misleading identity documentation will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold one single habji account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. habji uses automated and manual fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

When registering your habji account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your habji account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• You must notify habji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• habji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Do not disclose your password to anyone claiming to represent habji.

habji accounts are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your account or its contents to any third party is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

All financial transactions on the habji platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). habji does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and does not apply currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your habji wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited. habji does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within one to three hours. Withdrawals to Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or City Bank are typically processed within one to two business days. Processing times are measured from the point at which habji approves the withdrawal request, which may follow a KYC review period.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit to the same habji account — this is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control.
• habji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in circumstances where account activity requires further review.
• Funds deposited at habji must be used for the purpose of placing bets or playing games. habji reserves the right to reverse deposits that are made without any gaming activity and immediately withdrawn, as this may indicate misuse of the payment infrastructure.
• habji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, mobile network outages, or banking system downtime.

habji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal amounts. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to your habji bonus wallet and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, through the abuse of promotion mechanics, or through collusion with other players will be voided and the associated accounts will be closed.
• habji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Seasonal promotions — including Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free-spins offers, BPL season betting promotions, and T20 World Cup enhanced-odds campaigns — are subject to their own promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

All bets placed on habji — whether on sports markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey) or on casino games (including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and fishing games) — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules communicated within the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. habji does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet except where habji's own error has caused an incorrect settlement.
• habji reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published erroneously due to a technical fault, human error, or data-feed failure. Players will be notified and the stake refunded in such cases.
• Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). habji's settlement decision is final in the absence of an official result.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. RNG outputs are not manipulable by habji or by the player.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. habji's fraud-detection systems monitor for such activity and accounts found to be in violation will be closed with balances forfeited.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface and may be adjusted at habji's discretion.

habji reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player whose betting patterns are deemed inconsistent with normal recreational gaming, including but not limited to patterns that suggest arbitrage betting, match manipulation, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.

By maintaining an active habji account, you agree at all times to:

• Use the habji platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information and promptly notify habji of any changes.
• Safeguard your account credentials and not share them with any other person.
• Refrain from using the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair habji's servers, networks, or technical infrastructure.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the habji platform, any other user's account, or any habji system or network.
• Not engage in any form of collusion, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that habji reasonably believes may constitute a criminal offence.
• Not use the platform while residing in or accessing from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations with respect to online gambling in Bangladesh.

habji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Submission of false, incomplete, or misleading identity or payment verification documents.
• Detection of duplicate account activity.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive conduct directed at habji staff or other platform users.
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their habji account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through habji's Responsible Gaming tools. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, habji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the habji platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a player's own gambling decisions.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement arising from third-party data feeds, provided habji acts promptly to correct identified errors.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit habji's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury resulting from habji's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the habji platform — including but not limited to the habji brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement of all such content — is the exclusive property of habji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the habji platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any habji content.
• The right to create derivative works based on habji content.
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any habji software or game code.
• The right to frame or mirror any portion of the habji website on any other server or internet-connected device without habji's prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by habji under licence. habji makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

habji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, habji will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — this may include a notice on the habji platform, an email to the address registered on your account, or both. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at habji.net/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the habji platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your habji account before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of habji complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and habji, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly. habji's support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in English, operating in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

• All complaints must be submitted in English to [email protected] and include your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant transaction reference numbers.
• habji will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
• Where habji's internal dispute resolution process does not result in a satisfactory outcome, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party dispute resolution process as communicated by habji at the time.

habji makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate, legal, or available in all locations. Players accessing habji from outside Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
